What You'll Be Doing As a Speech Pathologist, you'll manage your own diverse caseload, providing evidence-based services for a variety of communication and swallowing disorders. You will: Assess, diagnose, and manage conditions such as language and speech difficulties, social interaction challenges, voice issues, and dysphagia. Collaborate with clients, their families, and other professionals to create comprehensive care plans. Deliver services across different age groups and models, including at our Northcote clinic, in the community, and from home. This role gives you the flexibility to determine your own schedule (8-4, 9-5, or 10-6), choose your work location, and even request specific client preferences, ensuring an ideal work-life balance. What You'll Bring A Bachelor of Applied Science in Speech Pathology or an equivalent qualification. Current Speech Pathology Australia registration. A valid Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check. A current driver's license and your own vehicle. Demonstrated experience in providing Speech Pathology services, with a specific focus on Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and assistive learning technology.
